Yesterday went pretty well diet-wise, but I think I was put in a bad mood from having such lower blood sugar than normal. Oh well, I'll probably re-adjust soon, but it usually takes about a week of watching how I eat before I get into the groove. I also have the best fun workout to add to my routine! It's this kind of nerdy dance game on playstation, "Dance Dance Revolution" - but wow is it a good workout. Basically you bounce around to the time of the music, and you get pretty sweaty pretty quickly once you get good enough to do the harder songs. The only problem for me is that it's not very good on my knees, so I need to stretch beforehand and try not to go all-out on it too often.
My best buddy is coming into town today and is staying with us for a few days - will be awesome! We'll probably go bowling, swimming, bar-hopping and all that fun stuff. We shall see how the exercise plan goes when I have company...but I think it'll work. Might be nice to go for a little bike ride for a change. Alright I better go clean up the house so she doesn't think we're total slobs. Well she's known me for 15 years, so I guess so much for that! :-)
